How it works

1 Describe it What are we making? Add purpose, sizes, and constraints.

Use the form to outline the object you want — from a playful Pikachu‑style tube holder to a 3×5 rack for conical centrifuge tubes, a clamp‑on accessory for your bench, or anything that fits within roughly 35 × 35 × 35 cm in one print.

  • Function & fit: snug/no‑wobble, stackable, rounded edges, drainage, labels, etc.
  • Sizes: overall L × W × H (mm), hole/tube diameters & spacing, tolerances.
  • Context: tube types (e.g., 15/50 mL Falcon‑type), instrument brand/slot, bench thickness for clamps.
  • Constraints: chemical exposure, cleaning, heat, or autoclave notes.
  • Visuals: attach a quick sketch or photo to the form.
2 We model it AI‑assisted CAD → human refinement for strength and usability.

Our in‑house pipeline turns your brief into first CAD concepts and 3D renders. We then refine by hand — locking in wall thicknesses, fillets, tolerances, ergonomics, and print orientation for a reliable part.

  • AI‑accelerated drafts for speed.
  • Engineer review for accuracy, durability, and ease of use.
  • Design‑for‑print: layer direction, strength around fasteners, chamfers where needed.
3 Prototype & test Printed in our professional lab workspace and test‑fitted.

We print a first article in our professional lab environment and test it in real‑world conditions. Fit checks ensure it seats firmly (no wobble), clearances are correct, and handling is comfortable.

  • Dimensional checks against your specs and instruments.
  • Usability passes for grip, stability, and access.
  • Targeted tweaks before we ask for your approval.
4 Review with you You confirm the design and quantity; we finalize details by email.

We share visuals/specs and capture your feedback 1:1. This is where we confirm any last changes and your intended quantity. Small batches like 1–10 pcs carry a higher unit cost; unit price decreases with volume.

  • Approve the prototype (or request tweaks).
  • Confirm materials & finish based on your environment and usage.
  • Lock quantity & timeline — then we move to production.
5 Print & ship Final run produced and delivered after your approval.

After approval, we produce your batch and ship. Final pricing, lead time, and logistics are confirmed with you by email following the prototype stage.

  • On‑demand production to match your quantity.
  • Quality checks before packing.
  • Tracked shipping to your lab.
