Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect it
- Be returned with tags and in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective,
damaged, or incorrect.
- In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale items can be returned in accordance with applicable consumer laws (including the EU 14-day withdrawal right where applicable).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
- Return the item you have
- Place a new order once your return is accepted

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right:
- You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods

Returned items must not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond this, we may apply a partial refund.
